Rumors of an early Spring release of the second Justice League trailer have been confirmed. The confirmation comes in the form of a 16-second teaser trailer that announces the next trailer will drop in 2 days on 25 March.
The teaser was launched this morning during The Today Show and focuses heavily on Aquaman, possibly indicating that the trailer could come from the perspective of the character much like the first trailer was from the perspective of the Batman character. However, at this point, that is very much speculative with very little in the way of confirmed information as to what we can expect from this second Justice League trailer.
The second trailer launching on 25 March, will come on the first anniversary of the release of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in 2016.
The second Justice League trailer and the film itself, for that matter have a lot to live up to as fans of the DC universe become increasingly desperate for a coherent, cohesive story with relatable characters, something DC have struggled with since the Nolan era. Justice League will see the introduction of three new characters (Aquaman, The Flash, and Cyborg) none of which have featured in any DC blockbusters up to this point.
Justice League will hit U.S. theaters on 17 November, 2017.
