Following the release of Team Thor: Part One back in August of 2016, we are again given a glimpse into Thor’s time off with his flatmate Daryl in Team Thor: Part 2. The pair are quarreling over rent this time with Thor trying to use Asgardian currency. The release of Team Thor: Part 2 serves as both a preamble to what will surely be the imminent release of the first Thor: Ragnarok trailer and, as a promotional extra with the launch of the DR. Strange (A character that will feature in the upcoming Thor movie) DVD box set.
Civil War director Taika Waititi, the man who is also behind the upcoming Thor: Ragnarok hinted at the possibility of Daryl’s further involvement in the Marvel universe. When asked if Daryl would appear in the upcoming Thor release in an interview with IGN, Waititi hinted that we may see Daryl again:
“I think you probably could see him again. There may be other little pieces of that thing that everyone saw that may just be a small part of a bigger thing.”
However, it should be said that Waititi made those comments before the release of the latest Team Thor snippet. We may, as a result, have already seen the last of Daryl but here is hoping that the ordinary Australian will make his debut on the big screen in Thor: Ragnarok.
Thor Ragnarok is set to hit theaters on 3 November 2017.

5The End of the World
In Norse mythology, Ragnarok signifies the end of days brought on by the gods of the pantheon. It is, as a result, not hard to interrupt this being the beginning of the end for Earth and The Avengers, especially when you consider Thor: Ragnarok is to be a bridging film to the Infinity Wars.
Yes, this latest Marvel Universe installment will feature the big green guy and his mild-mannered other half, Bruce Banner. Thor: Ragnarok is said to draw much inspiration from the “Planet Hulk” comics, hinting that Hulk will likely have a major part to play.
With a name drop in Dr. Strange and Chris Hemsworth’s Twitter spoiler, we know that Loki will have a least a small part in Thor, a part that will likely see him visit Earth once again.
2Dr. Strange Will Protect Us
As Earth’s magical protector, it should come as no surprise that Dr. Strange will feature in a story where magical beings from an alternate dimension threaten the planet. The announcement that Strange would feature came straight from Disney’s D23 official fan club:
“If you need even more intergalactic, world-saving action, Thor: Ragnarok in November brings together Thor, the Hulk, and Doctor Strange to face off against intergalactic baddies both familiar and new.”
1Odin Has Returned
According to Norse mythology, the Allfather Odin creates the serpent that will bring about Ragnarok and, as a result, it’s hard to see the character not making a return in the latest installment of the franchise.
